I live in a food desert. At the same time, I live in a red voting nook in a blue state.

Our food bank put the word out on social media today to encourage food drives, donations, and business involvement.

It's taking more self-control than you can imagine not to speak my mind.

Hey, times are rough for so many right now.
So especially now, don't be a "your fun is wrong" type person.
Find the good in things or leave people alone to enjoy what they like. Don't ruin people's days. No bullies allowed.

Her “Meal in a Bag” is meant to provide ppl with a complete meal that is $8 or less, is shelf stable, & can be made without access to a full kitchen. I love this as a direct aid option. Good for neighbors & elders who can’t/wont go to a pantry.
