I don't think this is crazy TBH. Plenty of men swipe everyone and use the pool of matches as their starting point. When I was peak dating I was swiping everyone who liberal in their bio, and my matches were very limited, and I have only lived in big blue cities.

The 2022 sugar high of cheap money, AI investment, and Cloud Wars led to irrational hiring that we are still working through in most parts of tech. Till the AI bubble recedes we're going to see constrained hiring with a focus on soft layoffs to help reduce the number of expensive head count.

I know everyone spent the last 6 months glazing them but it's Andor. To take a serialized story with a huge main cast and pay off almost everything, with great scenes/dialogue, and have an absurd final walk off scene (definitely the best one in a finale), it just hits.
