I know this isn't helpful for right now, but I've found that I can avoid catching most colds if I mask up with a Kn94 or N95 indoors or crowded outdoors. I've gotten sick only like 3 or 4 times in the past 5 years and most of that is from my family that I don't mask around. It's worth it for me!

I grew up on WIC, SNAP, and Medicaid - families need these programs and it was wrong of the Trump administration to hurt millions of people and cause so much worry and panic in the hopes of advancing a cruel ideology.

I really looked forward to turning 30! The last few months before my birthday I had to keep reminding myself I was 29 😅 20s are chaotic, 30s you start to figure yourself out enough to feel grounded (even if the world is still chaotic). Happy birthday!! Have so much fun!
