When China is is giving better advice than the US on preserving European democracy it's a sad day. What an absolute shit show.

Countries are not friends of countries but can share interests. They shift a little over time. Europe has been sleeping and not listening with its ear to the rail. Slept through the entire Biden period. Should have woken up during the previous term of Ump and acted.

It seems like there are many interesting (from an EU perspective) states in the US according to the vote in the last election that should be able to join the EU. Why not apply?

To me, it looks like a disturbed pressurized system trying to find its way back to an equilibrium state. The fluctuations (top/bottom) become more pronounced over time since August/September, and the frequency also appears to increase over time. (1/2)
