After looking though the stream, it was definitely that Device Timestamps setting that was causing the issues. I'm glad I took the time to fix this since it gave me a chance to update some other things about my setup.

I've narrowed it down to two things:
* Audio Sample Rate being 48 kHz instead of 44.1 kHz
* “Use Device Timestamps" was enabled for all sources

I'd love to get back to 48 kHz for better quality, but that'll depend on point #2 being the issue. I'll have to see.

I think there's something to be said about how Adult Swim of all places is willing to broadcast some of the most interesting & creative shows out there. Animation is still capable of creating beautiful pieces of art.

I've thought about getting one at one point, but my main issue is nasal congestion which I'm usually able to handle with medication so I'm not sure how much a CPAP would help.
