My friends who know me really well know I would rather dive into a pile of tar than play D&D 5e. They can hear the pain behind my voice when people decide to run 5e clones instead of systems that would suit the setting they are going for. Star Wars 5e is my own personal hell 😭

Absolutely! I, unfortunately, am a little busy for a bit, but I wanted to show you there's a website called Archives of Nethys that lets you look at all of Pathfinder's rules for free.

When I get free later, I will come back and be more specific about character stuff, I promise!

Society games are really dependent on who is running the games for you. I have had GMs that were hard-core rules guys and others that were more laid back.

If you'd like to really dive off the deep end you should check out Pathbuilder 2e. There's a web version but there's also an android app for it. You can really see how nuts character creation can get.
