I said this in another thread, but Bob Holland indicated the land is largely buildable with a couple marginal spots, but that describes any land in Florida. They've just never had a plan budget and interested leader come together. I think the spot next to the GF will be built on first though.

This is a rumor, perpetuated by Jim Hill. Bob Holland, who was involved with the 1990s proposal, confirmed it is buildable.
