My partner swears by Parma ham and peach.

The models look great when they're assembled but some of them are a massive pain to do so.

I found I enjoyed it less as they moved away from the "monster of the week" format, since it's one of the few shows that actually suits it.

The extra layer of fuckery with Mechanicum takes a bit of getting used to, but I really like it overall.

I use a Chorizo-style sausage from Lidl, it's something like this

Harissa Sausage & Pepper

Remove skin & break apart sausages, sear the meat in a little oil then remove from the pan.

Cook sliced onion and sweet pointed red peppers until soft.
Add 3TBsp tomato paste & 2tsp Harissa paste and a splash of water and mix while adding meat back. Serve over rice.
