The problem isn't whether or not game developers have transferable skills; we do. It's that no one with hiring power outside of the industry knows that.

Just got recognized at a gas station by a whole group of people. I get recognized all the time because I'm that long hair rollerblader throwing backflips at your local skatepark with the tiny blue car. Not very suttle. Problem is I have awful face blindness so had no idea who any of them were. 💀

I came out of WK kinda hopeful. I'm waaay out of the loop and thought the show was pretty meh outside of Tsuji/Take and Tana/Okada but it felt like such a major reset. Tana was the last of that era and it's time to move on.

I wanna rave about Miu vs Suzume. It's my current MoTY. I adore Suzume. Miu is on a legendary run. I have a million questions but I need to know one thing. Did you watch Shoko vs Misao from the same show?

I understand that you can't just fly the entire company over but the closer you can make me feel like I'm in Shinjuku FACE the better. I don't ask for Korakuen. Give me a solid tour show and I'm happy. That's what every successful flyover show has been for me.
