What a run though! This entire Top 8 has been an insane way to close EVO.

This is the best part of the FGC. Micky, an unknown kid who has just walked up to the equivalent of three Olympic gold medalists and sent them home.

Someone nobody heard of showed up with a quarter worth the same as every famous person in this tournament. Unheard of in any other sport. I love it.

Unpopular take on EVO (but fight me, lol): Soul Calibur is a much more fun franchise to spectate than Tekken.

As we all watch EVO, if anyone is looking for more accessible couch competitive games I _highly_ recommend both Boomerang Fu and Bopl Battle.

I want to quickly clarify (though this could a blog post) that Holly's historian expertise is actually to ensure that the world's mythology and lore remains accurately vague, contradictory, and incomplete.

We feel this is more realistic to history as we see it and far more interesting for the game
