Been thinking on how much I enjoy the Patreon model of supporting folks.

I've never met Mark Brown / @gamemakerstoolkit.com in person (he's been both kind and informed as you'd expect in messages here and there), but I enjoy that I can be a super small part of helping him and others make a career.

I have a difficult time seeing how they expand it; regardless of our differing opinion re: the very end, I suspect we agree the narrative _closes_ haha.

I reviewed Tim Summers’ Ocarina of Time book — it is a tremendous resource for anyone looking to model future book-length case studies — and @sarahpcphd.bsky.social’s nostalgia-themed edited collection on the left is also excellent.
