I think the Amiga got a little hamstrung by some ports being ST first with some minor tweaks on the Amiga.

But amiga centric games were some distance beyond the ST , where as 3d Games were faster but with worse sound on the ST.

It was an odd time and going from c64 to ST ? the sound chip... gah

I had an ST during that era - i'm aware i'm going to get the ire of the ST fan base but come on, it's old history - ST was a faster 3d machine with advantages elsewhere where as the blitter and sound chip of the Amiga stomped the ST

didn't need 1 meg expansion for Dungeon Master though ;)

Amiga always had better music and if it was a scrolling game on the ST ? eek :P
