I've read some of your research and it's fascinating. It's a nuanced double edged sword

It's so complex isn't it? I've read Haidt's books and enjoyed them. There are compelling narratives there, but so many other factors influence mental health. What is your take on it?

Perhaps it's just me but there is no reduction in days! It's still a dread for 6 days whichever side of the week you sit on
