My kids are obsessed with peas (I don't like them) but it's easy to add frozen peas and a stock cube when cooking rice so that's another way we sneak it in

One of my go to preps is a portion of veggies + half lemon squeezed+ salt to taste. Mix it together and set in the fridge and pull out when I need a snack or want to add veggies. I prefer things like tomatoes and cucumbers but it works well with any veggie really.

Oh and texture - are you a must be kinda crunchy veggies person or super soft texture?

In this case, you'll have the justifiable shocking action (the Nazi salute) masking the bang (the Executive orders and reconfiguring the government).
