Itβs a remake of a Final Fantasy game that sorta isnβt a Final Fantasy game but actually kinda is a Final Fantasy game?
All I know is βBrownie Brownβ doesnβt sound like a real company.

Yes, after all this time, itβs still pretty amazing!

01.12.2025 17:47 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0So I started up Final Fantasy X again.
Wanted to play an RPG, and FfX is one of the best games I know.
I remember staying up all night playing one weekend, just because I wanted to see what happens next.
If you havenβt played it, please doπ
Its hard to believe that itβs December already.
Wasnβt it summer , just a few days ago?
A solid game, I think.
Not sure if itβs better then Turtles in Time, but still, a fun time.
Thatβs might just be trueπ
30.11.2025 20:41 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Found the Instruction Booklet for Super Mario Bros, from 1987.
Its older than I am.
I donβt understand how it has survived this long.
This took a really long time but I was finally able to stitch together all the scans for this 1987 #Nintendo Famicom calendar with rare art for #Mario, #Zelda, #Metroid, Murasame Castle, and the Mario Anime. The cleaned 2400dpi files are uploaded with RAWS incoming: archive.org/details/1987...

30.11.2025 08:15 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Thereβs some Mario 40th Anniversary stuff going on, on the Nintendo site.
You can read all about every Mario game and some other stuff.
I like when Nintendo acknowledges their own history, they donβt do that a lot.
It's always Mega Drive time in my house
30.11.2025 05:24 β π 10 π 2 π¬ 0 π 0Well, good morningβοΈ
We have officially entered that time of the year, where weβll have blizzards, every other day, for 5 months.
A commercial for WWF Royal Rumble on the Sega Genesis.
Never seen anyone this engaged in a video game beforeπ
I'm dusting off my old SNES games. I gotta locate my console, or I get another one.
Time to dive onto the upscaler world (pray for meπ)
Just go straight, itβs fineπ
29.11.2025 17:08 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I would love to have the Nintendo Power Glove in my collection.
Not because it works well, which it doesnβt, but because itβs such a weird relic of the past.
Even if it did work, why would anyone play games like that?
It looks really cool, tho.
A Byte magazine cover with an illustration of a boxy minicomputer on an elegant dining table with a wine glass and pair of white gloves next to a walkie-talking looking thing. The computer screen and keyboard is inset in posh polished wood.
I love BYTE magazine's covers of the early 80s, anticipating all the ways computers will enter our homes in the coming computer revolution years. Things like smart devices and appliances, envisioned in the only ways they could then: radio waves and ultrasonic.

29.11.2025 16:23 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64) with all filters disabled looks blocky with highly pixelated textures that are usually smoothed over
Wow, running this on the Analogue 3D with texture filtering disabled makes it look like a DS game
29.11.2025 09:21 β π 54 π 7 π¬ 2 π 0I never had a Super Nintendo growing up, so when I got a Game Boy Advance, Super Mario World was on top of my list of games to get for it.
It didnβt disappoint!π

Starting up Saturday with some music from BattletoadsπΈ
Do you have any favorite soundtracks from NES games?
The music in the Mega Man games, are some of the best, on my opinion.
FM Towns is the coolest looking computer.

Its basically a pinball game.
You flipp the ball, the Odama, at enemies on a battlefield, in old Japan
You also had to use the GameCube microphone to command your soldiers around.
Playing it was quite the processπ
High level of preparation there!π
