It is absolutely possible to both condemn political violence AND have zero sympathy for a guy who made his living by suggesting that violence against women, LGBTQ folks, and minorities was somehow right getting publicly violenced.

It is possible to hold both of these things true at the same time:

1) political violence is never an appropriate choice in a civilized society

2) Charlie Kirk’s dream is to create exactly the kind of society he currently lives in, as spoken from his own mouth

The MSNBC commentator saying that most political violence has historically come from the left just once again showed how we suffer from failing to learn history. Lynching, pogroms, race riots, the political violence that ended Reconstruction, and against the Civil Rights Movement. Come on.

The craziest thing about Trump sending armed troops to occupy 19 states is that he’s doing it to distract from being in the Epstein Files and everyone knows it.

I hope my suspicion is wrong: Vance is too new and frankly too much of a dweeb to be in the Files. When Trump gets 25'd, Vance can release everything and look like a hero, ensuring Republican popularity for the midterms and the end of democracy's last hope.

I don't care who's in those files. Democrat, Republican, billionaire, Hollywood celebrity, it does not matter. If entire governments collapse under the weight of their guilt, it does not matter. They deserve to fall.
