"What the-" Yoongi whispered to himself, as Jeongguk started making himself comfortable on the other side of the mattress. It almost looked like he was building a pillow fort around him. "You good over there?" "Almost," Jeongguk huffed out and pulled the covers over his assortment of pillows. It was then that he pulled a sleep mask out of nowhere and slipped it onto his forehead. "Okay, I'm ready for lights out." Yoongi stared at him in disbelief and amazement. There were little bunnies on the sleep mask. "Do you perhaps have trouble falling asleep?" Jeongguk frowned back at him. "Not anymore, no. Not since I have these pillows here, and this one there and then this one I'm hugging with my legs while I sleep. I don't really need the mask anymore but I like the pressure on my eyelids." Yoongi couldn't help but smile. Jeongguk might actually be the eighth wonder of the world. There was no way someone as wonderful could just simply exist like this. "I see." He turned around to turn off the lamp on his nightstand, the only thing that had been illuminating the sight that was Jeongguk in his little nest.

in the last few weeks I’ve had to deal with some bureaucracy bullshit and struggled cause no one would reply to my emails so now I finally overcame my phone anxiety and called only to get a “alright, I’ve noted this down, someone will email you about this” WHY NOT RESPOND TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE

I’m gonna be so honest I had planned to do a little google form where readers/moots can help me decide what longer fic to write next but the more I think about it the more only one of my ideas is the one I want to write 🥹 but having people vote for the idea they like most is also fun so???

and then once they reconnect jk has gone through a lot of development (also depending on how he ended up with the kid) and therefore they kind of manage to be very mature about who they used to be and who they are now … overall though their lives fit perfectly together now so hehe happy end

this could be angsty but I’d honestly write it more sweet with the initial breakup being amicable-ish. like yg completely understands that his kid just doesn’t fit into jk’s life and what he expects of his future so yeah he’s sad but he’s not overly angry at jk

travelling a lot and just in general exploring the world and his identity so they end up breaking up after a few months.

flash forward to years later (5-10 years ??) and they meet again but now jk has a kid as well (either his own or a legal guardianship situation) so things are different
