I found a book I loved as a child featuring paintings by 2 Chinese artists who traveled thru Pakistan in 1981 and Jesus Christ the art is just as beautiful as I remember. I haven't seen this book in 2 decades. I want to cry.

I may go for multiple days next year lol. The artist alley is unreal I barely made it through 2 aisles before the hall closed.

In Bell, CA an entire community stood up against ICE, including the local police and the fire dept. The fire truck appears to not allow ICE vehicles to move forward nor remain and pushes forward to escort them out. A police car also helped with escorting. /

We should have a communal rug hanging beam, maybe at like the YMCA or something. When you got a rug that needs beating you can hang it up and any one that had a bad day can take a few swings.

I do mean rugs but we have hung many things in the past. Heavy quilts, futons, fascists, etc. whatever.

I hate housechores but sometimes I find myself thinking we are losing an important art. Not in a tradwife way, but in a "dang the girls were onto something" way. Like taking your frustrations out on rugs, duvets, etc with a fun little rug beater. Sometimes you just got a hit something.
