This reminds of a tweet which has stuck with me.
"People riding bikes on pavements are an indicator species for poor urban design"
Same with e-scooters and e-bikes. Sure, some folks are being irresponsible, but the key issue is ALL non-car-users are being forced to the margins of our thoroughfares.
