The over air local news on Fox broadcasts is absolutely covered by FCC guidance, period/fact.

I came to this thread fully understanding the FCC BS rule change. I also can see how someone could think Fox News is broadcasted. I was never confused. Called cognitive empathy. Try it sometime.
