In their defense it's a thousand cards they gotta balance in a way the game retains its integrity.
You either accept the inherent powercreep like YGO and a ever confusing list of banned/limited cards or try your best to curb it out with a rotation system

Ip Man 1 is a total classic and something I would recommend to anyone.
the sequels are still very good imo, but your mileage may vary.

I think you can trust Donnie when it comes to just general fistcuffs, but if it involves acrobatics then its probably a stunt man.
So the first shot is probably a stuntman.

One Piece occasionally has the Straw Hats all banding against one dude (most notoriously vs Moria) so I think it works out.

Characters are glide with speed with some meaninful wirework reminiscing Tanigaki's work in Kenshin and Sakra.

Xu Haofeng newest movie, 100 Yards, came out.
He is a very polarizing filmmaker and his early stuff is incomprehesible to me
His HEMA-esque perspective on Kung Fu is interesting tho, and this is probably the easiest movie of him to digest for the general audience.
It also just looks good in general

My card game itch has been strong lately. Decided to check out the One Piece card game and picked up two starter decks.

I thought the fights weren't as good as it was in the movies. Or it was just the sound design which honestly could use more of a pop for the hits.

How was it the Sonomura action?

I loved the movie, but I also thought it had to do the herculean task of editing around Louis Koo and Sammo Hung who while great are just a bit too old to be centerpieces of extended fight scenes.
When they bowed out of the movie I thought the action became much clearer

Honestly if you're crazy into chasing fancy looking cards I've heard good things about the Pokemon game.
