I know Bernie wasn't cheated and that he lost.
I caucused for him in 2016, and voted for Warren in the 2020 primary (when our state party decided to go back to primaries).

Elections are overseen at the country level by county election commissioners. Parties decide if they want to run a caucus or a primary.
