The party of law and order literally just wrote themselves a memo that says they don't have to follow the 4th Amendment.

That's right, ICE intends to perform illegal search and seizures without a warrant.

Add that to the list with "we had to beat up the police on Jan 6 to defend our democracy".

The Constitution establishes the foundation from which all laws are based. The government cannot say they support the law then flagrantly ignore Constitutional amendments and rights.
