It’s always quite a spicy fixture this one! Honestly QPR just didn’t seem to be able to work it out, Derby tied our whole left hand side up in knots in the first half and we never got the momentum. Luckily doesn’t seem to have hurt our league position much but a bit of a boost for yours!

I don’t know if it’s possible to overstate how amazing this is. She’s on track to beat her own previous national record by half as much again. She’s been going for 80 hours SO FAR. And she still looks like a ray of sunshine. I’m sorry I don’t know how to explain this any better SHE IS SUPERHUMAN

To explain: a backyard ultra is one where you all have to run a lap on the hour every hour until only one person remains. If you don’t complete the lap in time, you’re out. If you give up, you’re out. If you want to sleep, run faster. A lap is 4.167 miles. And Sarah’s been going for 80 hours.

I am in awe of what Sarah Perry is doing at Big’s Backyard right now. She beat her own UK women’s record of 59 laps… 21 laps ago. And still going. I cannot even. #ultraheroes
