Republicans want to name the Kennedy Center after Trump a person who hates free expression in the arts. They want to name the D.C. Metro system after him as he is undermining public transportation everywhere. I would be okay with them naming a toxic waste dump after him. That would be appropriate.

Does NYS Governor have the legal right to do so? I caught a moment of NPR, saying that some states, like California, have laws to prevent gerrymandering. I wonder if those laws will be overturned in blue states in time to make a difference.
