For lung expansion, Iβve just been using some breath techniques and exploring YouTube videos. Will share more on what works best once Iβve played with them longer
the connection with stress and tightness/pain is so interesting. I find I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders/back and it gets more intense when stress is high
