NEW STUDY: Launching 1st July our new NIHR HSDR funded study #StaffedWards that will over the next 30 months, explore relationship between staff and ward characteristics and patient safety incidents on adult mental health wards.

NHSTT are effective for many, inequality strategy have been effective but more to do, NHSTT impact+ on the rest of the NHS, the economy and people's lives. Following NICE guidelines & not deviating improves outcomes in those supported by NHSTT (Tx focussed on Anxiety/Depression)

Key messages I took; engagement difficulties impact progress, raise hope and support socialisation to tx, enhance assessments to identify problem, 9% never start therapy, +waiting times impact outcomes

Excellent plenary talk from Brin, had online & email correspondence with him several times owing to my interest in stepped care approaches. The success of the project air model makes me wonder what can we learn from our international colleagues. So pleased to hear him talk & grow connections.

This Brief Intervention Manual has been developed by Project Air Strategy for Personality Disorders. It is designed to assist services and practitioners implement an integrative relational step-down model of care #BIGSPD25
