There is an episode of "Bosom Buddies" where the gang is hosting a telethon (of course) and it really is just a showcase for Tom Hanks, Peter Scolari et al. to display their amazing talents-- juggling!-- and wild senses of humor. I'm convinced the episode wasn't even scripted.
