It'd probs make it run significantly faster, as Tiny3D itself is one of the fastest (if not THE fastest) N64 3D API that one can use, also (since it'd be using Libdragon and such) things such as sprites would also be faster, plus compression could be supported.

@mikeakohn.bsky.social I know you are VERY unlikely to revisit this, but I remember you did Java on the N64, have you ever thought of redoing it to use say, Tiny3D?

Writing a custom RSP engine is a pain, and is not really recommended at all; plus it'd be a neat thing to see.

Has anyone here gotten Android 0.5 -> <0.9 working?

Since the APK format is different, the software doesn't run (I am programming in Java)

The lowest ive gotten working is 0.9, APK format being the same between it and 1.0 afaik.
