You’re right the word I should have used is “nonsense” not problem. I guess I am just a little sensitive nowadays because while we are shelving books we are also fielding death threats. It’s all rather exhausting. Off to go face out some books in the Sci fi section. 😉

Oh yah those terrible bookstores created the problem. And is it really a problem?? Look, when you are not an evil empire you got to put the books somewhere so people can find what they are looking for, simple fact. I think we have way bigger problems at hand.

Brilliant! I could add 50 more books to Ann’s list! Literary fiction is not dead!!! It’s just more inclusive & the voices are broader. Wild wonderful books are out there, just stop in to any independent bookstore, you will literally be tripping over them!
