We asked for access to the exclusive rooftop area (normally just for suite guests) and they agreed. Supposed to have that starting tomorrow. Free drinks at 5pm sunset hour every day the rest of the trip. 😀

The one we slept in is a class lower than we paid for so hoping not to just move there. No real offer to compensate us in any way but the lady said to let her know what we’d like.

They offered to move us to an open room in the same category, but it’s in a bad location and has important (to us) differences like a metal non see through balcony that we don’t want. So we’re going to sleep in the room we slept last night & see what happens tomorrow.

There’s a bunch of condensation around the panel on the ceiling where the A/C vent is. This all happened just after midnight after we’d just gotten back for the night. 🤦🏼♂️
