How can a human being sleep so much?! I know, depression and all that, but seriously, everyday I fall asleep on my couch. I can't look at something on my phone without my eyes getting all droopy! It's getting annoying really. And While I have so much things to do for work!

I have some grading to do even though I'm on sick leave for my mental health because *deadlines* but I can't do it. I said I'd start on Monday, it's Wednesday and I still haven't started. I'm frozen on the couch, hating myself while I should be relaxing and taking care of myself! I hate this!

I can't stop biting my nails and picking my skin and scratching until I bleed. I've put tape wherever I can and it's still not enough. I always find something new to fuck up. How do I fucking stop?! What do I have to do to get better?! I'm fucking tired of this shit.
