Reading Yuval Noah Harari (21 Lessons for the 21st Century) when he says "Human stupidity is one of the most important forces in history..." If he was writing today instead of 2018 he would have used Trump as an example.

Now this is a great post! As well, white people (men) especially must show up in droves because they will be allowed to vote without any hassle. They must take on the responsibility of taking down this government and saving democracy.

I absolutely hate that. People who have never had to worry about making their rent or mortgage payments, haven't had to leave things on the belt at the grocery cashier because they didn't have enough money to pay for their food, telling me to pull myself up by my bootstraps.

I tell myself that these are all highly educated people, with a good deal of experience, so they must have a plan. But then I remember that they let Trump get away with insurrection when they held the White House. So I have to either doubt their intelligence or their gumption.

There must be a plan, right? The Dem leadership, the Dem State legislators, the Dem governors...they must have an answer when ICE prevents people from voting and Trump officials take voting machines and ballots from polling stations. Can anyone confirm that plan? Has anyone got some insider info?

I'm sure there were Dems among them, but wouldn't it be interesting to know what the ratio of Republicans to Democrats was?

All I see on my Twitter timeline are reporters parsing every quote from AOC in Germany, trying to mock them for incoherence or inaccuracy, while a demented old man who can’t string sentences together or stay awake sits in the Oval, while the legacy media happily sanewashes his quotes.

In my lifetime I've never seen as many examples of FAFO as I have since Jan 2026.

White Americans created this monster. And because there will be a concerted effort by the GOP to prevent non-whites from voting it is the white American that must stop the American nightmare at the polls.

If only there was a good chance of the midterms actually going forward, and not being rigged by the Trump administration.

Ironic. One of the things they justify this proliferation with is if the government turns against the Constitution and sends the military against them... and now they watch Trump do just that and support him.
