😘 Awwww, thanks, you can make it, too, it's mega easy! The spice mix I use on the chicken is:
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp sea salt
Add 2 tbsps olive oil to make a paste and rub on each piece, including under the skin. Bake at 218 C for 40 minutes.

Yummm... simo baking savory chicken thighs, while roasting sweet potato cubes in olive oil, butter, salt, cinnamon, & a bit of brown sugar, makes the house smell like Thanksgiving. Think I'll roast some russets, too, but with olive oil, curry, & cilantro. Love to freeze for future meals.😋

I see what you mean. Even tho that's a multi-layered ply, it's amazing that a catastrophic decompression didn't occur, with the innermost ply shattering. But over-heat can cause glass to explode, too. Had it happen to me last week when a lightbulb filament went bonkers and blew the bulb to bits.🤦🏼‍♀️

All very possible. My admittedly untrained eye doesn't see impact, tho, so I defer to you aviators and your expertise. Whatever the cause, just damn glad they didn't lose the glass altogether. Don't need any more pilots getting sucked out of the cockpit.😬🙏
