Brian, do you think it will be a straight change Danault for Veleno or could we see some major changes. Danault centering Demi and Kap, Slaf back on the top line and Bolduc moved to the third with Texier and Beck, Evans with Andy and Galley. Some off wingers there but we don’t have many RW right now

By the end of the year Slaf will have played 282 games. I think he should be in the 70 pt range
I believe they picked him thinking he would be similar to a Philly Leclair.
If he doesn’t get there I wouldn’t call him a bust but will he go down as another Hab high pick that didn’t meet expectations ?

Big day overall for the Habs. You have written alot about the need for a 2C. Not thinking about trades and obviously lots going on with the Slaf/Dach draft year. Hindsight always 20/20 but would Shane Wright have filled that 2C spot? He is a plus player on a minus team seems like a good fit.

Another great read Brian and respect to Suzy and Lane but if Monty isnt playing at a 923 clip the last 4 not sure we are winning them. He is a career 901 with the Habs, IMHO not enough for a cup going forward, do you think Fowler can play at least a 910/915 level over the next few years?

Brian,regards to the PP. PL made a difference.The last 4 games its been 2/12. LH makes a difference but teams dont respect his shot and try to take away his passes to the wing. Don’t think he needs a Weber/PK bomb but feel he needs to work on that aspect to give teams something else to think about
