I'm convinced AI is our generation's radium - a discovery with genuinely useful applications in specific, controlled circumstances that we stupidly put in everything from kid's toys to toothpaste until we realised the harm far too late where future generations will ask if we were out of our minds.

I live in Cork city centre and have shitty internet from an antenna across the city , I take my Steamdeck when I visit my sister in rural Tipperary to use her super fast fibre optic broadband to download games in under an hour instead of 2 days 😂

Got given a packet of biscoff ,where they are divided in to wrapped packs of 2.
This is great for me with my lack of portion control , with regular biscuits I'd eat at least 4 , now I'll still eat 4 but I have to put the wrappers in the bin ,so I get extra exercise.

Also - I need to remember I don't need a new box of lasagna sheets every time I make it. I have enough at this stage , that if my building's new owners do do something drastic, I can build my own home out of it.

I used FineTec metallic watercolours for these , purchased in Cork Art Supplies, fabulous paints , well worth the money. I also loaded them on to a glass dip pen for some of it . The pen is also from Cork Art Supplies.

Yep , I love them , I normally see them in London with mates from Kent , so will be cool to see them with my Cork friends.

Goat are hands down one of the best live acts I have ever seen and these are their first ever Irish gigs . The Friday is sold out , but I think there may be a few for Thursday 27th August .

After my giving out about UK mates suggesting Dublin gigs , seems I am going to that Goat gig in Dublin after all.
My best mates in Cork are going.
Pretty excited , as the last few times I saw Goat in the UK it was in venues with over 2000 capacity, whereas The Button Factory is around 500.
