You should probably just watch the trailer for this one. The steam page describes it as an "open-world narrative adventure mascot management simulator"

A Warioware style game, I'm not sure what you call this genre. Microgame collection? Fantastic and surreal art and music, this game seems rad from what I saw of the demo.

Yeah I joke about the giant balls but I'm actually pretty excited, I've heard good things. Of course that's true of just about every Ghibli movie.

Porco Rosso was delightful! I'm beginning to think this Miyazaki guy really likes airplanes.

A teahouse management game, but with much more narative than games of this sort typically have. Seems cute, and also like it will hit on some heavy themes.

Watched Only Yesterday. Admittedly was somewhat distracted during the movie, which due to the way it jumps between past and present made it kinda hard to follow. I'll have to revisit with my full attention sometime, as this was a very touching coming of age story. For now though, on to Porco Rosso!

Baba is You is fantastic, but is very hard. It reeeally requires you to think outside the box. Many levels start with you looking at it and thinking "well this is fucking impossible" until you completely rethink how the game works.

Slay the Spire board game set up across the table

Playing the Slay the Spire board game with @lunnaff.bsky.social . Been having a lot of fun, does a great job of capturing the gameplay of the video game while adapting it to work as a board game.

Boy does it have a lot going on though. Gotta set aside a whole afternoon for this one.

Thanks to anyone who popped in! Turns out Hollow Knight is pretty fun, might have to start streaming more often so I don't have to wait to play more.
