The verdict form in this case is 11 pages and Judge Steve Cochran called it “crazy” and “something out of Saturday Night Live” but assured jurors, “It’s not anything you can’t figure out.”

Geragos’ lawyer is Sean Macias, who introduced Avenatti to Stormy Daniels in 2018 and testified in Avenatti’s wire fraud trial in NYC.

The Justice Department has asked the 9th Circuit to stay Judge Frimpong's order on federal immigration arrests in the Los Angeles area, calling the order "a first step to placing federal immigration enforcement under judicial monitorship" and "indefensible on every level."

The standard for a TRO is the opposite. Argument must be likely to succeed.
