I'm kind of surprised the Republicans haven't asked him to leave yet. Or got Trump to fire him.

Setting quotas of arrests per day. You know what happens when you have a quota to meet? Scoop them up and let the court sort it out. They will be grabbing anyone they can. No proof of citizenship on your person? Too bad. That’s an arrest. Look β€œillegal?” Explain it to the court someday.

Did you never get the memo that Boulder and CU are both super liberal? That's exactly her audience; hardly a reflection of CO as a whole, much less theUS.

I don't see how it helps anything though. The Dems most likely to listen to you are your actual representatives so going after them specifically to not accommodate and fight back would do more to solve the problem then just getting mad at the whole group.

The USAF removed Tuskegee Airmen & Women Airforce Service Pilots of WWII from basic training curriculum. For 30 years I promised these women I would not let them ever be forgotten again. We worked for decades to have them remembered. The Airmen too. Knowledge is power. πŸ—ƒοΈ www.msn.com/en-us/societ...

This is not the only special election! Florida, Iowa, Minnesota and New Jersey all have special elections on January 28th! Make sure you are registered to vote and please vote! It matters now more than ever. Local governance is what can save us.

I'm not sure why anyone is surprised by this. Vance literally said he didn't care if he was making up stories after spreading the lie about Haitians eating pets in Ohio.

A Scandal-Plagued Sheriff Wins Another Term in North Texas Fort Worth advocates who have spent years protesting and demanding outside intervention over rising jail deaths say they’ll keep pursuing other paths for accountability.

Voters in North Texas elected Sheriff Bill Waybourn to a third term last month. 65 people have died in jail custody under his leadership, a significant spike, but he continues to dismiss it, saying β€œI can’t raise people from the dead.”

Ma'am, we can change the interest rates on student loans and make them less predatory on our young adults. They shouldn't be paying the principle for decades.

Statement from President Joe Biden on U.S.-Mexico Security Cooperation | The White House As Commander in Chief, I have one solemn responsibility: protect the American people from harm. That’s why, over the last four years, I made beating the

I’d been on the island a week and the weather had been wild, typical February weather full of storms and rain. The wind had changed direction and was behind me, creating some big waves out in the Atlantic. Scarista is one of my favourite beaches on Harris. It’s not quite got the kerb appeal of Luskentyre but the views back towards the Harris Hills are just as impressive and at the opposite end you have the imposing presence of Ceapabhal which always puts me in mind of a sleeping monster, the rocks embedded in the landscape appearing like a spine.

There are incredible wave photographers out there and I’m mostly a novice, but this was an opportunity to improve. I waited for a break in the cloud. The sun was above me and I knew that it would illuminate the waves if it could just fight through the low cloud. The colour of sea is different everytime. A variation on blue and green. A rhapsody. The deep, tumultuous swirling had brought out a deeper verdant tone. The light made an appearance for the briefest of moments, catching on the colour of a cresting breaker. Behind, the dark silhouette of a distant hill. Somehow the wave stays just below the summit, one of the most pleasing parts of the composition for me, followed by the relationship between the blues of the rain-filled sky and the greens in the water.

A reminder of the sea’s ferocity, its lack of consideration for human life. You have to be careful, you have to stay on guard.

Good morning. I’m hunkering down in Llanberis as storm Darragh passes over. Here’s one from Scarista on the Isle of Harris after a storm whips up the waves. All I needed was a dash of light to catch on the colour of the water.

I meant how other states would resist this as abortion is still legal there. I think Idaho tried suing another state for medical information a few months ago.

I got emails from my representative, Shanice Davids, letting me know about resources that were available. And everyone saw what happened with the summer program to feed students who'd be out of school: Republican governors declined it.

This is bs.
