3/ This is dangerous and authoritarian because it treats courts as obstacles to be circumvented rather than independent checks on executive power, eroding the separation of powers and normalizing emergency shortcuts whenever prosecutors dislike a judge’s ruling.

2/ This fits the pattern of trying multiple judicial fora until they found someone who would sign the warrants, rather than using ordinary charging paths.

1/ Magistrate denial → request for a different (district) judge to sign anyway → immediate emergency mandamus to the circuit when the chief judge did not move fast enough.
