Try to block a bit of time out if you can to move about or try to get up for 5 mins every hour or something. That's what I'm trying to do now

I very much know the feeling. I think my diets ok in general but snacking sweets is my bane. I try to offset it with walking but im gonna have to do more. Not helped by having a sedentary job 😭 try not to feel guilty of treats, just try to offset it with whatever exercise you're comfortable with
