It’s sad. Half of all episodes started with a log entry narrated over a stock space shot of the hero vessel, from TOS all the way through to Voyager.

It occurred to me the other day when even Stranger New Worlds doesn’t feel like “real” Star Trek sometimes. It’s the lack of stock footage.

Because of all the stock ship shots, the Enterprise got almost as much screen time as the crew. But these days, not so much.

Hard agree. And not only does each episode look like a small movie, it takes the same amount of time to make!

I just lost 2.5 stone in 12 weeks on Maunjaro 🤔

Oh. Well, that would change matters if I could actually bring myself to socialise or meet strangers.

I might be 2 and a half stone slimmer but I’m still a piping hot mess 😂

It was I think about £130-ish per 4 weeks dose when I bought it? Although the manufacturer has since put prices up so I'm not sure where it's sat now.

When I’ve regained my former strength, lost another 20lb of fat, gained muscle, and had the personality transplant necessary to let me actually consider doing other people?

Well, my Maunjaro experiment is over and I'm happy to say it has been a great success. I have lost 34.5 lb in 12 weeks. (240.8lb to 206.3)

I won't say it wasn't rough going at times, but it was worth it. Still have a bit to lose but going to try doing that the old-fashioned way.

Certainly not one running on a 30-year old Performa 6200CD.

Final week of my Maunjaro experience. I’m immensely happy with the weight loss but I sincerely hope this is the last trauma poo I have to endure 💀💩

Thanks! I mean there’s medication did most of the hard work, but dealing with the side effects hasn’t always been fun 😂

passed a big weight milestone yesterday, I’m now under 15 stone (210 lb) for the first time in 9 years. Lost just over 30 lb in the last few months. About to step away from the Maunjaro in the next few weeks, then I’ll be building my strength back up and maybe attempting to do Couch25K.
