i have an amazing friend/accountant/actual adult who i am essentially paying to be my more-capable sibling in this endeavour. I'm so grateful for her, and i genuinely don't know how I'd tackle this without her.

having a parent in rest home care is a part-time admin job.
desperately wishing for siblings right now. even if they didn't do anything, at least I'd have a capable adult as a target for all my frustration

i was on the list for shoulder surgery in Wellington for over two years with no hope of it happening and absolutely no communication.

Quilt #2 has been completed. So much happier with how this one turned out!
It's now on its way to its new home in NZ, and I'm starting on quilt #3. I would quite like my dining table back for a bit but i want to get the third one done quickly if I can.
