I love exploring cities vicariously through TV. I had almost no idea what to do in Tasmania a couple of months ago but then I remembered that old reality show The Mole did a season there so after hitting MONA etc I pretty much just went to half the places they went to.

Yeah, I did wonder afterwards if it would have hit better if I'd gone and watched the previous seasons first, but I just couldn't be bothered sitting through ~20 episodes to get to the thing I was here for. Maybe I should do that before I rewatch though.

Who the metric FUCK wants interactive movies? I thought we all agreed people yelling and cheering was ruining the fucking concept of going to the cinema.

Got done with the whole season. Finale was one of the weaker episodes IMO (more wrap-up/set-up than actual story, it felt like?), though I did get a massive laugh out of gorgeous Eskild's festively bemistletoed ass.

Oh wow. I picked up there must have been something weird going on - episodes lengths are all over the place for a network show - but I didn't know any of that. That's such a cool idea.
