I'm a pharmacist and I almost always go for paracetamol if I don't have enough data on the patient because it's literally the safest pain reliever/antipyretic medication out there. Even for patient with non-severe liver damage and pregnant women it's mostly safe in lower doses (like 1500 mg/day).
