Bryony Parry shares how following the publication of Wales Without Violence, the Violence Prevention Team applied behavioural science to support professionals to implement a public health approach to violence prevention.

Emma Barton presents on the Wales Without Violence Framework.

The first of its kind in the UK, it is a guide to strategic action on violence prevention, amplifying the voices of children & young people & providing evidence of ‘what works’ for prevention.

Our second panel session #LEPH2025 ‘Supporting Whole Systems Change for Violence Prevention in Wales’ will set out our methodological approach to whole systems change in Wales to achieve the ambition of a ‘Wales Without Violence’.

This workshop explores the development of animations and films about stigma, shame and substance use in Wales by the recovery community in mid Wales.

Our first Marketplace of Ideas at #LEPH2025 is ‘Amplifying the Voices of the Unheard’. This workshop introduces the recovery community from Powys in mid Wales and their journey to tell their stories in the way that they want to be heard.
