Banks are struggling to sell off $13 billion in loans made to Elon Musk for his X (formerly Twitter) acquisition. This deal is now viewed as one of the worst buyouts since the 2008 financial crisis. X’s value has plunged to 55-79% less than the $44 billion purchase price.
