Happy to have a nice time figure drawing again. Feels like it's been a while since I entered a good flow with things.

Another year with you gone. For the first time I didn't cry, but that doesn't mean I wasn't thinking of you.

We got together and played Halo again last night. I lost more this year, but that's ok. Still wasn't a beating like you would've dished out.

We made it to BugFest at this year! We got to learn cool facts about bugs, support some cool artists, and even eat some bugs too. It was especially nice to see @soundoftheforest.bsky.social and buy some of their amazing artwork! Their videos have been an inspiration.

It is important to note that the course content itself isn't changing, just how we refer to some things.

You know, kinda like how we might call someone "MAGA" even though we all really mean "bigot". Synonyms are fun.

I've been a DEI educator for years.
I'm in a meeting right now about how we're removing any mention of the following words from our courses:
· Diversity
· Equality
· Equity
· Inclusion

You already know why. It's deplorable. But it's how we persist at the moment.

I am shaking with excitement for some Any Austin Cyberpunk content.

It was very sudden, and very shocking. He had congestive heart failure that showed no obvious symptoms until he was crashing. The boy could win any heart in the land, but not his own. He will be missed dearly and daily.
