Das Gesetz bezieht sich ja vor allem auf Verbrauchsgüter wie Lebensmittel etc. Da sind wir als Kunstschaffende ja schon mal raus zum Glück. Und Du kannst Dir ja ein Template anlegen mit entsprechenden Formulierungen, die Du dann nur noch einfügen musst. Viel schwieriger finde ich da den ganzen

Ach, lasse Dich von sowas nicht abschrecken. Es klingt auch viel komplizierter, als es eigentlich ist. Und Du musst ja auch nicht unbedingt nur Gedrucktes von Deiner Kunst verkaufen! Einige verkaufen fast nur Digitales, wie Wallpaper z.B.

Aber wenn Du unter einer bestimmten Einkommensgrenze im Jahr bleibst, zählst Du als Kleingewerbe und bist halt bei Umsatzsteuer raus. Da musst Du dann nur eine Einkommens-Überschuss-Abrechnung machen. Kannst einfach mal nach "GPSR Onlineshop Deutschland" oder so googeln, dann kommst Du an die Infos.

Da hatte ich dann gelesen, worauf Künstler aus Deutschland achten sollten in Bezug auf das neue Gesetz, wenn sie Druckerzeugnisse online anbieten.
Das Ding hier in Deutschland ist ja aber, sobald man regelmäßig etwas verkauft, selbst als Freiberufler, muss man ein Gewerbe anmelden.

Ich hatte gegoogelt, als die News das erste Mal rumging und hatte auf verschiedenen Websites nachgelesen. Ich hatte geschaut, weil eine Freundin von mir einen Etsy-Shop aufgemacht hatte, in dem sie Zeichnungen und Prints verkauft, und ich wissen wollte, ob sie dabei etwas beachten muss.

Hast Du ein Kleinunternehmer-Gewerbe? Dann ändert sich für Dich nicht wirklich viel, außer, dass Du Produktbeschreibungen anpassen musst. Es betrifft eher die Künstler außerhalb der EU wie z.B. England. Wir hier in Deutschland sind da eher im Vorteil.

Color guide from Preacher #16, Vertigo in 1996. Drawn by Steve Dillon, and colored by me with Doctor Martin's dyes and gouache. Back then, we colored color guides on photocopies, and had to write the YRBK color percentages (CMYK, or YMCK.) for the separators.
