You have to ask the perfectly reasonable question ‘Why is this story not appearing on the front page of the world’s biggest newspapers?’ And ‘Why isn’t the BBC or ABC covering the obvious lies told by Israel?’ Because everyone of them push these same lies onto their respective publics.

Read Wifedom by Anna Funder about Orwell’s wife, Eileen O’Shaughnessy, much of it about how she saved his life in Barcelona. A great book about how often the enormous contributions by the wives of famous male writers to their success are written out of history. Great book.
