When we were put onto this new computerised system for pretty much everything, someone else handled the initial figures...

You guessed it, they got them wrong.

Boss is triple checking the figures before sending them in, hoping for vindication.

Stress at work may finally be ending.

We had an audit yesterday of our books by our area manager, determined to "Get to the bottom of this!"

By end of day, even she was stumped. Our books are damn near perfect (2 minor cock-ups due to little or no training).

It's a great way to hide corruption and bribes. If anyone checks the hosts books and asks where certain finances went.
